We offer free shipping on most orders placed thru our website at regular prices on items that are UPS standard shippable.  Free shipping offer can't be combined with any other specials.

FREE shipping does not apply to orders outside of the 48 states or items that must be shipped by truck.



  • Victor Litz Music is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase of new gear does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you may return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:  New items being returned must be in new condition un-open, un-used with all original packaging, no signs of use what so ever.  Items returned in the first 7 days may have a refund or store credit. Items returned with in 7-14 days will get a store credit.  Anything later than that will not be allowed for return as new and we may buy back your purchase as used gear.  
  • All used items sold as is, no warranty, no returns.  We will buy back used gear for up to as much as 70% of used price paid depending on condition.
  • Over sized items such as drum sets, large  speaker cabinets etc. may be more shipping.   If there is ever any additional shipping fees you will be notified and your order will not be shipped with out your approval..
  • Returns originally shipped with Free Shipping will have shipping fees deducted from the refund or store credit.
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • Shipping fees and terms  ONLY apply to physical addresses within the continental USA. Fee does NOT apply to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. We will ship to those locations via USPS, at customers expense. This applies to International orders beyond Canada as well. Canadian and other International orders are urged to pay via PAYPAL or credit card thru paypal. Once you make payment, please allow 24-48 hour for your order to be processed, and 1-2 weeks for delivery. All business is in US dollars. We answer e-mail and process orders Monday through Friday 10-5 EST.​
